Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or Why I haven't posted in 3 days


I bought skyrim for my 360 that's all the explanation needed for no posts in half a week. Im really impressed with the game, it reminds me a lot of Oblivion which is a good thing, mostly. It’s a downright beautiful game it, is just ridiculous how good it looks. However, one bad thing that carried over from Oblivion is the long load screens.
Get used to seeing this screen
 It seems like half the time in the game is spent sitting at a black loading screen looking at some 3d model and reading quotes you've seen 300 times already.




All that said I love the game and will beat it and probably get a bunch of the optional stuff done too.

    The best bit would probably be when you modifiy the game so heavily it becomes a whole other world.

    It's great to hear you're enjoying Skyrim man. Honestly it's completely understandable how you could stay away because of it so don't worry buddy.

    I think it's a pretty decent game, but I don't like some of the changes they made, and some they didn't take back after Oblivion. Though of course there were some I liked.

    It's been a constant test of my will power having that game in the house. I just want to play it all the time instead of doing anything remotely like work.
